When will my order ship?

Railflower processes orders within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping time begins after processing.

Do you offer returns?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange. If an item arrives incorrect or damaged, contact Railflower within 7 days of delivery.

Are products tested on animals?

Railflower does not test products on animals.

Can I ask about a product before ordering?
