Are your products handmade?

Yes. Railflower products are handcrafted in small batches to help ensure quality and freshness.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Why does my product look different from the photos?

Because many of our products are made with natural and botanical ingredients, color, texture, viscosity, and scent may vary slightly from batch to batch. These variations are normal and do not affect product quality.

Do you use natural ingredients?

We use a combination of botanical ingredients and carefully selected cosmetic ingredients when needed for safety, stability, and performance. Each product includes a full ingredient list so you know exactly what you're getting.

Do you test on animals?

No. We do not test our products on animals.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of handmade personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will work with you to find a solution.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Railflower is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
